August 14, 2023 Staten Island, NY. MFA Members once again proudly stood with teachers, firefighters, and other NYC employees in the Demonstration and Court Date for the precedent-setting DiCapua v. City of New York case in Staten Island.

We took the Staten Island Ferry to join a large crowd of supporters at Richmond Supreme Court. This is a LANDMARK case that was adjourned to Wednesday, September 6th at 3:30pm (with a Demonstration/Vigil beginning at 2:30pm in front of the court building).

On September 6th, 2023, we hope to get a decision on whether the judge will certify the teachers as a class, so that this can officially be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on behalf of the teachers who were fired because they refused to get experimental mRNA technology injected into their bodies (aka “the vaccine”). Specifically, these teachers had filed religious exemptions.

This incredibly important case will set the precedent for other City workers who were similarly victimized because they stood up for the sovereignty of their OWN BODIES. NYC firefighters and policemen are looking to the outcome of this case for the precedent it will set. Advocates for Medical Freedom throughout the world are also watching this VERY well-attended case.

Our side is represented by a firm outside of NYC, in ITHACA, which is still New York State, but about 4 hours away. For every court appearance, our side’s lawyer, Sujata Gibson, makes the trek and speaks with the large group of teachers, firefighters, policeman, sanitation workers, and a plethora of concerned activists before and after the court appearance. After this one, she spoke to us with heartfelt tears in her eyes, saying that our attendance “MATTERS”. We MATTER to the courtroom, to the judge who sees the overflow of attendees and tries to accommodate us, and to Sujata.

Below is a Photo of Sujata speaking as well as some Links to Coverage.

If at all possible, BE AT RICHMOND SUPREME COURT ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2023, AT 2:30PM!
